A popular eatery in Marlow has continued its string of success after being crowned one of the top 50 gastropubs in the nation.

The Coach on West Street, run by celebrity chef Tom Kerridge, grabbed the number 4 spot as well as the highest new entry in the Publican Morning Advertiser’s 2016 guide of top gastropubs across the country.

Mr Kerridge - who also owns the Hand and Flowers on West Street with his wife Beth - presented the trade publication’s award ceremony on Monday.

In the 2016 Michelin Guide The Coach scooped a “Bib Gourmand” which celebrates good food at affordable prices and The Hand in Flowers retained its two Michelin stars.
