- Parents and children at Bisham C of E primary school (pictured) spent last week baking sweet treats to sell at a charity coffee morning on Friday (September 30). The coffee morning was in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, who encouraged thousands of people to organise a get together to raise vital funds. Mrs Broad, Head teacher at the school in Church Lane, said: “I am so pleased our school community was able to come together to raise money for such a worthy cause. So far, we think we have raised somewhere in the region of £120.” Parents from the school later delivered the leftover baked goods to White Lodge residential home in Marlow, where they were "gratefully" received by residents.
