WIGGS Cecil Kenneth Passed away peacefully on 23rd March 2024 aged 95 years. The funeral service will be held at St. Mary's Church, Thame on Wednesday 1st May 2024 at 1:00pm and those who knew Cecil are welcome to attend. The service will be followed by a private cremation for the family at St. John's Chapel, Oxford Crematorium.
