Flackwell Heath man charged in connection with fatal collision

POLICE have charged a Flackwell Heath man in connection with a fatal collision on the M40 in July.
Daniel Mitchell, 47, of The Common, has been charged with one count of causing death by careless driving.
The charge is in relation to a collision near the Beaconsfield junction of the M40 on July 18, in which Molly Haines, 73, from Worcestershire, died.
Mr Mitchell has been released on bail to appear at Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court on January 22.
