A TEENAGE driver has admitted causing the death of his friend after losing control of his car in a country lane in Seer Green.
Ryan Grace, 19, was behind the wheel of a Citroen C4 when it hit a tree in Longbottom Lane last year.
He and three other passengers survived the crash on February 17, but paramedics were unable to save 17-year-old toy shop worker Hussein Shamshudin.
Grace, of Derehams Avenue in Loudwater, admitted causing death by careless driving during a plea hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court, sitting in Amersham, on Friday.
He will be sentenced on February 12.
Hussein lived in Chesham and went to Dr Challoner's Grammar School in Amersham.
He also worked at Hamley’s toy shop in London and was described by his family as having an “infectious personality, a great smile and a vibrant spirit”.
