GARDENING equipment was stolen in a burglary in Chalfont St Peter yesterday.
Between 1.30am and 7.30am on Friday offenders gained entry to a garden in Layters Close. Once inside the garden they removed the shed door and stole high value gardening and DIY tools.
PC Roy Evans of Amersham police station said, “I would like to appeal to any persons that may have been offered STIHL tools for sale.
“In particular, chainsaws and hedge cutters or have been offered BOSCH drills.”
