A MARLOW hotel chief has been rewarded for helping to make young adults more employable.
Katharine Gourley, HR Manager at the Crowne Plaza in Marlow, won The Michael Kelly Outstanding Student Award, Postgraduate Level at the 2013 CIPD People Management Awards.
She was recognised her scheme in which gave out of work 18-24 year olds the chance to take part in a two week course covering interview skills, employability and customer care leading to nine people being recruited.
