A minute’s silence was held at WADSAD club night on the evening of Sunday, September 15, in tribute to Dr David Davies.
Dr Davies was for many years President and patron of WADSAD, a frequent visitor to club sessions, a helper at the ‘home’ games and a great fundraiser for the club.
His affable presence was always welcomed and for several years he helped with the profiling for competitors for competition, helped treat minor sporting injuries, and calm many sporting situations.
Our condolences go to his family. He will be greatly missed.
