THE county’s Poppy Appeal will be launched at Adams Park tomorrow.
Dignitaries will on the pitch for a service ahead of Wycombe Wanderers’ home game with Bury on Saturday to launch the 2013 appeal.
The sound of The Last Post will be followed by a minute’s silence and then The Reveille on the Adams Park pitch.
Cadets will be selling poppies and collecting donations around the stadium before the 3pm kick-off.
High Wycombe's Appeal will be launched at The Chilterns Shopping Centre at 11am.
Organiser Kevin Taylor said: “I am looking forward to seeing the continued support from The Chilterns and Wycombe Wanderers.”
He also praised Bucks New University students for popping in to the shop from their accommodation above the shopping centre to offer their services to this year’s Poppy Appeal.
