TWENTY-FIVE fire fighters tackled a blaze which tore through three building units and two cars in Downley last night, in what Police believe could be an arson attack.

The fire broke out in California Works near Downley Common at 11.19pm last night, with 25 fire fighters attending the scene to tackle the blaze.

It took about two hours to control the fire and further inspections were held at the scene at 4.15am and 7.15am this morning.

Fire fighters used four hose reels and four sets of breathing apparatus through the night and also removed four Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders from the site.

Six fire engines attended the scene including three from High Wycombe, one from Marlow and another from Beaconsfield and Princes Risborough.
