A MAN who walked into the road and smashed a woman’s windscreen in High Wycombe with his fist while she was behind the wheel is being hunted by police.

At 7.30am this morning, a 19-year-old woman was driving her car in Cressex Road between Pine Chase and Gibson Road.

As she was driving a pedestrian approached her vehicle, causing her to stop in the road.

The man shouted at her and banged on the driver’s side window, and then smashed the windscreen with his fist and ran off.

The suspect is white, of skinny build, with brown hair with a blonde patch at the back.

He was wearing a black baseball cap, black t-shirt and black jeans. He was also wearing black gloves with a grey or white pattern on them.
