Parking fine is cruel and wicked
I came to Wycombe to visit my daughter and took my mum to see the swans.
I was parked for less than 20 minutes on Easter Sunday. We parked in the Rye Lido and on April 30 I received a parking fine of £60. I thought parking was free on a bank holiday. I think this is very cruel and wicked of this private company.
