ANOTHER town centre office block looks set to be converted into housing as plans for six apartments emerged last week.
Chilterns House on Dean Street, opposite Marlow Police Station, could be turned into five two bedroom and one single bedroom flats.
The application to Wycombe District Council comes after a similar project for nine flats was announced just metres along the same road at former office block the Ice House.
And if Shanly Group's large-scale development at Windsor House on Spittal Street goes ahead, it will mean another influx of residents in the town centre.
In recent months, several other office conversions around Marlow have been announced, including plans for 12 apartments at Regal House on Station Road.
New government planning rules have made it easier for developers to convert commercial buildings into residential without applying for full planning permission.
