GOLD medals keep flooding in for chocolate and ice cream maker Auberge du Chocolat, as they picked up another five last week.
The Chesham-based company's latest medals came at the Great Taste awards, the country's largest and most trusted accreditation scheme for speciality food and drink.
A double gold was awarded for Auberge's salt and spice caramel chocolate, which was described by a judge as "a sophisticated, grown up chocolate that stands out from the crowd".
The same double gold award went the way of the Colombian 85 per cent bar. One of the judges said: "There are deep flavours and spicy background notes which come through beautifully. No after taste of bitterness despite the high cocoa percentage."
There were also golds for the 'Rooibos and almond' chocolate, blueberry frozen yoghurt and passion fruit ice cream.
