THE following planning applications were validated by Wycombe District Council on Friday.
The Grove, Marlow Road, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, SL8 5NY. Householder application for raising of roof and extensions to existing detached garage to incorporate study and storage over.
Little Ashridge, Green End Road, Radnage, Buckinghamshire, HP14 4BY. Householder application for construction of detached outbuilding comprising of stables, log store, garage and workshop.
157 Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 3EE. Householder application for excavation of part of rear garden, construction of 1.55m high retaining wall, new raised patio and raising of levels of front garden (retrospective).
