A TEENAGE pedestrian who died following a car collision in Hughenden on Monday has been named locally.
Julian Randall, 19, from Reading, was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital but later died from his injuries following the collision in Valley Road at about 6.40pm.
Tributes have been paid to the Woodley resident who worked at Pets at Home in Winnersh and attended Reading College.
It was reported yesterday the 19-year-old had been walking in the road before the collision.
Thames Valley Police have also referred the case to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
Officers also confirmed today that the driver of the vehicle has not been arrested.
