A car which crashed through a wall and fell about 20 feet into a garden below had careered off the road after skidding on ice, eye-witnesses have said.
Paramedics, fire crews and police raced to the scene after the red Citroen with three people inside went through the brick wall in Hunters Hill, off Hawthorne Road, in Micklefield.
It happened at about 7.30am and South Central Ambulance Service has now confirmed an adult woman has been taken to Wexham Park Hospital with possible neck and back injuries.
Two others were helped at the scene but did not require hospital treatment.
Hunters Hill resident Neal Deville, who lives in a flat overlooking the crash scene, said: “I was looking out of the window because it was snowing.
“I saw the car coming down and the wheels had locked when she was skidding on the ice.”
At this time the BFP does not believe any other cars were involved in the crash.
The Citroen is still in the garden, but the emergency services are no longer on the scene and a temporary fence has now been erected where the wall was knocked down.
