A new video has emerged of the fugitive coati on the loose around Marlow.
After numerous sightings of the exotic creature – an escapee from the McAlpine estate near Henley – Marlow resident Fraser Duncan took this footage from a garden in the Gossmore area.
It shows the coati crossing the lawn towards the water’s edge, with onlookers describing him as looking “stressed”.
A search is underway to catch the coati – one of 14 from the Fawley Hill Estate – with estate staff and animal hospital Tiggywinkles out looking for it.
It is the second of the rainforest-dwelling creatures known to have escaped from the estate, which is home to several exotic species.
