THE borough's children are to get more play areas thanks to a massive £790,000 Lottery grant.
The massive funding boost will provide new play spaces and refurbish existing ones, as well as improving play facilities for disabled youngsters.
Cllr Ian Gibb, deputy leader of Ealing Council and cabinet member for children's services, said the money would have a "significant impact on the quality of life" of children in the borough.
He said: "Ealing has one of the highest populations of children of any London borough and also areas of social disadvantage.
"I am delighted that we will be improving facilities to enable children to have fun, explore their world and be more active. This is vital to their health and social development and can only have a positive impact on their integration into wider society."
The projects will be overseen by Ealing Council and delivered through a new partnership called the Play in Ealing Strategy Group.
