A three-day music festival will return to South Buckinghamshire this year, with places still available for up-and-coming bands and singers.
The annual Knotfest charity festival, held at The Red Lion pub in Knotty Green, near Beaconsfield, will run across the weekend of September 18, this year.
Red Lion landlady Tina Massie, who organises the event, is still in search of more people to sign up to perform, having already agreed deals with ‘Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers’ tribute acts to play at the opening.
The festival raises thousands of pounds each year for the Thames Valley Adventure Playground for children with special needs as well as other charities in and around Beaconsfield.
As well as the music last year, Knotfest had a barbecue, face-painting, a licensed raffle, tombola and many other attractions, with similar attractions likely to be on again.
