All lanes have reopened on the M40 after a three-car crash this morning.
One lane was closed after the crash northbound, just before junction 1A (M25).
BBC Travel claimed that three cars were involved in the crash.
Emergency services were on the scene this morning although it is unclear whether there have been any injuries.
The Highways Agency warned of building delays on the approach to the junction, with congestion on A40 Western Avenue to Swakeleys Roundabout.
Recovery is currently taking place on the hard shoulder and drivers are advised to pass the scene with care.
