A 19-year-old fought off a man who kicked him to the ground and demanded he hand over his belongings, in High Wycombe last week.

The male victim was walking along the footpath leading to woods on the south side of Highwood Avenue, Booker, when he was kicked from behind.

The blow caused him to fall to the ground, but he was able to push the offender off and run away.

No items were stolen during the incident.

The offender is a mixed race man, slim, around 5ft9ins tall. He wore a dark navy blue hooded top, with the hood up, black trousers and black shoes.

He was wearing a black hooded top, a black scarf covering his mouth, jeans and white trainers.

The victim was not injured during the incident.
