The M40 southbound was blocked after an accident involving two cars this afternoon.
Traffiic is slow on the London-bound carriageway between junction 4 (Handy Cross) and junction 3 (Loudwater) after the collision, with emergency services closing the road to allow one of the vehicles to be moved to the hard shoulder.
The carriageway has now been reopened and traffic is moving slowly.
