A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after a crash with a car in High Wycombe last night.
An air ambulance team was called to Dashwood Avenue at 8.20pm, with the injured biker treated at the scene and then driven to John Radcliffe Hospital, where he remains.
Paramedics on the air ambulance, which landed in a nearby park, helped treat the injured man, but were not required to transport him to the hospital.
Police officers cordoned off the road for more than three hours last night as an investigation started.
At about 10pm, the car and motorbike involved in the collision were recovered from the scene.
