Firefighters rushed to Nando's in High Wycombe’s Eden Shopping Centre this morning after reports of a water leak.
The emergency services were called to the popular chicken restaurant at 7.52am today after 999 reports of a leak affecting the electrics inside the building.
Three fire engines and a fire officer attended and isolated the electricity before the situation could escalate.
It has now been confirmed that the leak came from a burst water pipe and the restaurant is set to be closed for the day.
Sorry to anyone who was hoping for their @NandosUK fix today, the restaurant has to close for the day due to a burst water pipe :(
