A Burger King will open in High Wycombe town centre, The Eden Centre has confirmed.
The shopping centre took to Facebook today to confirm the fast-food chain will be opening in High Wycombe “very soon”.
Yesterday eagle eyed residents spotted a notice in the window of the recently closed Villagio Ristorante today suggesting Burger King will open in the premises in March this year.
A job advert from Burger King Saxby Ltd has also been posted on national website Indeed looking for a general manager, shift manager and supervisors for a High Wycombe restaurant.
Over the years, thousands of online campaigners have called for a Burger King to open in town, with more than 1,400 people joining the ‘High Wycombe Eden Centre Needs a Burger King and it Needs One Now’ group in 2010.
