UPDATE: The road has now been reopened.
An injured man has been freed from the wreckage of a car following a crash in Great Missenden this morning.
The A413 is currently closed in both directions after a crash involving one car at around 10.35 this morning (April 28).
The road is closed both ways between London Road and B485 Frith Hill for recovery work to take place.
Emergency services are still at the scene where firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to release a man and assisted paramedics.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing an air ambulance near the scene.
