Steve Baker has been re-elected as Wycombe's MP in the early hours of this morning.
The politician, who has been the constituency's MP since 2010, was re-elected with a total of 26,766 votes.
Labour's Rafiq Raja came in second place with 20,188 votes.
Despite retaining his seat, his majority has been cut from just under 15,000 to around 6,500.
While Steve says he is "pleased and honoured" to resume his role, he admitted he was concerned about the national picture ahead of all results being called.
Speaking to the Bucks Free Press, he said: "Watching the national results, we have had a very disappointing evening. When all the results are called, we will know what work we need to do to form a government."
