PLANS to create a new parish of Oxfordshire will be debated on Monday night.
Vale of White Horse district councillors will discuss the proposed new Harwell East parish and its potential electoral arrangements at their Milton Park offices from 6.30pm.
They will also undertake a review of the Great Faringdon and Great Coxwell parish boundary.
The public are welcome to attend.
