Almost 70 people have been convicted of fly-tipping in the past year, with the council being awarded more than £77,000 in costs as a result.
Buckinghamshire County Council revealed this week that 68 people have been convicted of illegally dumping rubbish in 2016/17, with many of the incidents taking place in or around beauty spots around the county.
The council was awarded £77,015 in costs as a result of the convictions.
A number of those convicted were caught on CCTV, while others were spotted by passers-by and a few were caught after the rubbish was traced back to them.
