Trees were brought down across south Bucks last night as Storm Eleanor caused havoc around the country.
Firefighters were called out to three separate incidents in which trees had fallen and, in two cases, damaged properties.
A car crashed into a fallen tree on the A413, Great Missenden, near the roundabout at the junction with Frith Hill.
Fire crews from Amersham were called out to the scene at 11pm yesterday (Tuesday) with an officer. No-one was believed to be trapped or injured.
Crews gave advice after a large tree branch fell through a conservatory roof in Turners Drive, High Wycombe, at 2.34am today (Wednesday), while hydraulic cutters and a toolkit were used to remove tree debris from Tilehouse Lane, Denham, at 4.37 this morning.
A carport was also damaged by high winds in Kendalls Close, High Wycombe. Firefighters and an officer from High Wycombe attended the scene at 2.25am today, using a ladder and a reciprocating saw to make the structure safe.
A number of roads were also closed, including part of the B482 Marlow Road, near The Bluebell pub, and Hollow Way Lane, near the Latimer Road junction, in Chesham Bois.
Bucks Fire issued a warning, asking drivers to be alert to the dangers posed by debris, including branches and slates that could have been blown into the road.
