Man suffers smoke inhalation after fire in loft
A man suffered from smoke inhalation following a fire in a loft in Ashley Green.
Firefighters from Amersham, High Wycombe and Hemel Hempstead were called out to a two-storey detached house in Chesham Road at 11.55 this morning to reports of a fire in the loft and cavity wall.
They used two hose reels four sets of breathing apparatus, a turntable ladder, a toolkit and a thermal imaging camera, and gave oxygen to a man who was suffering from the effects of breathing in smoke.
