Police were called to an address in Downley earlier today after fears for the safety of a man inside a flat.
The 'fear for welfare' incident was reported this morning. Officers were at the scene for about three hours.
A large number of police cars and other emergency services vehicles were seen in the road by residents.
The incident has now been resolved.
