High Wycombe hosts Islamic parade

A PARADE celebrating the birth of Islamic prophet Muhammad is set to take place in High Wycombe on Sunday.

The Wycombe Islamic Mission is organising the procession which will begin at Jubilee Road Mosque and continue on to High Street, Wycombe General Hospital and back to Jubilee Road.

The 20th annual Milaad' celebration in High Wycombe will start at 11.30.

The procession will stop in the High Street for messages and a prayer to the people who are ill in Wycombe General Hospital.
