WYCOMBE buyers will be paying up to £300,000 to live in Eden.
Multiplex, developer of Wycombe's new shopping complex, is opening a show flat at its new apartment block in the town centre at the end of the month.
The 34 contemporary one and two bedroom flats at Eden Living have been built as part of the general regeneration of Wycombe's western sector.
Roger Barrett, a director of selling agent Stuart Newmans, is hoping the launch will cause as much excitement as last week's opening of the shops.
Flats in the five storey block close to where the former branch of Iceland was in Desborough Road will go on general release when the show home opens at 10am on Saturday March 29.
Buyers who registered interest in the properties as long as 18 months ago are being invited to special previews a couple of days before the official opening.
"We're expecting the development to do very, very well," said Barrett today.
His office now has brochures and a price list. One bedroom flats start at £195,000 and two beds range from £242,500 to £295,000.
