A 39-year-old man has been charged with actual bodily harm following an incident in a small Buckinghamshire village.
Robert Ward, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Saturday, January 7, and charged the following day [Sunday, January 8], with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

He is due to appear before High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today [Monday, January 9].
The charge relates to an incident on Monday, May 9, 2022, when a 58-year-old man was assaulted in Tring Hill, Aston Clinton.
The victim suffered cuts and bruises and required hospital treatment at the time.
