Lane closed on A404 after van catches fire (Image: NA)
ONE lane is currently closed on the A404 due to a van fire.
The dual carriageway northbound was closed after a van caught fire on the left hand lane.
The incident happened at around 11am and Highways England officers closed the road.
The van fire has since been extinguished and lane one of two remains closed to allow the vehicle to be recovered and for contractors to inspect the road surface.
