Families can see newborn lambs taking their first steps at a local farm during the February half term.

The annual ‘lambwatch’ event at Odds Farm Park near Beaconsfield will take place over nine days.

Visitors will be able to see lambs being born and explore a lamb-themed trail.

Odds Farm Park includes an indoor soft play barn and an arts and crafts marquee alongside a programme of half term entertainment.

The farm’s knowledgeable livestock team will also be on hand in the Little Hooves Lamb Nursery to explain lambing to younger children.

Visitors will be able to see Balwen lambs, listed as an ‘At Risk’ breed by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust’, among others at the event.

Assistant General Manager, Louise Winslow, said: “We love February half term on the farm! With new lambs expected to arrive throughout the school holiday, it really feels like Spring is on the way!

“There will be plenty of lambs to watch at Lambwatch and some lucky guests will also have the chance to see lambs being born during their visit."

Lambwatch will take place from February 11 to February 19.
