One of Buckinghamshire’s most visited fishing spots has been ranked as one of the best in the country.

Farlows Lake, which is based in Iver, has been listed as the fourth top in the country with an average score of 8.24/10.

The South Bucks beauty spot’s result is based on several elements such a permit cost, an additional cost for two rods, night fishing availability, being beginner-friendly, having a café/bait shop, parking and the number of fish species in the lake.

It revealed that the location’s prices were deemed to be fair to, and here only beaten to areas in Devon, West Glamorgan and Cambridgeshire respectively.
