Thames Valley Police have released CCTV images relating to an attempted murder in Aylesbury.
The incident happened on Halloween, on Tuesday, October 31 at around 9.10pm on Kingsbury.
The victim, a boy in his teens, was approached by the offenders and stabbed with a knife.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, November 1, suspected of attempted murder, and is currently on bail.
Detective Inspector Phil Tuner-Robson, the investigating officer, sought to reassure the public, stating there was "nothing to suggest that there is any risk to the wider public."
He said: "I understand this incident may cause some concern but there is nothing to suggest that there is any risk to the wider public.
“We do not tolerate violence in Aylesbury, or anywhere in the Thames Valley.
“We would like to appeal to anyone who recognises the individuals in these images to please get in touch as they may have vital information about the incident."
