A new training studio started by two women has opened in Beaconsfield.

FitWorks training gym hosted an open day at its brand-new studio in Beaconsfield on Saturday, November 18.

The action-filled day saw fitness enthusiasts of all ages take part in spin blast, children’s gymnastics, yoga, hip hop step, mace flow and extreme burn classes to get a taste of what the studio started by two friends Pippa Lance and Hannah Camden from Beaconsfield has to offer.

A live DJ played music throughout the day and there were cupcakes and a glass of bubbly to celebrate the launch.

A spokesperson from FitWorks said: “We were blown away by the incredible support from the locals.  It was amazing to see so many new faces coming to see what we have created with the building and to share our vision.  We ran classes during the day which were all full and had such fun in all of them.”

FitWorks founders Pippa and Hannah joined in on the fun alongside their colleagues and members.

The kettlebell world champion Jonny Skinner showed people what kettlebell sport is about and some members tried power lifting.

FitWorks is located at the former St John’s Ambulance site on Meadow Lane off Candlemas Lane between Beaconsfield New and Old Towns.
