Homes and businesses were left without power after an outage.
Power cut hit homes in areas near High Wycombe and Cookham today (December 11) shortly after 9am.
Unplanned outages were reported in some parts of HP9, HP10, HP13, HP15, SL7 and SL6 postcode areas, SSE alerts showed.
The loss of supply was due to a “fault” and SSE was awaiting an update from its engineers, the provider said.
Shortly after the initial outage, power appeared to have resumed, including in the Bucks Free Press office and nearby businesses in Loudwater.
