A man was hospitalised after suffering smoke inhalation in a fire at a property in Buckinghamshire.
Three fire engines from Amersham, Beaconsfield and High Wycombe rushed to Station Road in Chesham early this morning (January 18).
Firefighters arrived at the property on Station Road at 3:47am, by which point an electrical fire had burned out.
Immediate emergency care was provided to a man suffering from smoke inhalation with two sets of breathing apparatus.
He was then passed over to the South Central Ambulance Service.
