A van driver who tried to evade the police by jumping out of the vehicle was apprehended by the authorities.
In the afternoon of February 1, officers from Thames Valley Police asked a van driver to pull over in Beaconsfield, before the person in question left the vehicle and hid around the side of the van.
They eventually fled on foot in which they were seen hiding in nearby bushes.
Following their capture, it was discovered that the driver did not have a current driving licence, was not insured to drive the van and failed a roadside drug wipe.
The driver was arrested and taken to the police station to be dealt with and an evidential sample was taken.
The incident was captured via a dashcam.
