Police have made an arrest following a stabbing on a road in High Wycombe.

A man in his twenties was found with stab injuries on Gomm Road at around 3:50am on Thursday, March 21.

Following a police investigation, a 21-year-old man from Flackwell Heath was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and possession to supply cannabis yesterday evening (March 22).

He has been released on bail.

Officers temporarily closed Gomm Road and the nearby Peregrine Business Park on Thursday, with a cordon in place that has since been lifted.

Members of the public have also been asked to check their CCTV and doorbell camera footage in case they have information that could help the police in their investigation.
