A MIXTURE of sunny spells and rain has been forecast in Buckinghamshire this weekend, according to the Met Office.

High Wycombe should expect sunny or bright spells with a spell of heavy rain on Sunday.

Friday afternoon (April 26) will see some hazy sunny spells developing with a maximum temperature of 13 °C.

It will turn cloudier with slow moving rain and perhaps heavy at times into the evening.

Saturday will also see a cloudy start.

A Met Office spokesperson said: "A cloudy start with outbreaks of rain moving north. Becoming drier and brighter into the afternoon before winds strengthen and further rain arrives from the south overnight. Mild. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Sunday will see a spell of heavy rain, replaced by sunny spells later.

Monday will be breezy, but largely dry with sunny intervals.

Sunny spells and scattered showers or rain on Tuesday and it will be increasingly mild in temperature.
