HIGH Wycombe teenager Ryan Lewin treated himself to £150 worth of designer clothes today after being voted as the BFP's prom king.

Ryan, 17, from Totteridge was crowned king following an online vote through this website.

The Highcrest pupil did not even know he had been put through to the competition, however until he got a surprise phonecall from the BFP while on a family holiday.

Ryan, from The Crescent, said: “My mum put in a picture to the BFP. Emma (from the BFP) called me when I was in Menorca asking me for another picture.

“It clicked then that my mum had put in the picture.”

The teen scooped himself £150 worth of vouchers to spend in House of Fraser and kitted himself out in a new outfit from clothing label Criminal.

Shoppers stopped to admire his new threads during a photoshoot with the BFP this afternoon, and Ryan also turned heads after arriving to his prom at Wycombe Heights Gold Club in a helicopter.

Ryan's shopping spree follows that of his fellow royal winner, prom queen Natalie Wingrove.

The 16-year-old from Hazlemere also won £150 worth of vouchers to spend in Miss Selfridge and a make over from cosmetics company Benefit.
