A BEAUTY salon have been found guilty of illegally putting up an advertising banner at 42 West Street, Marlow.
Sunrise Health and Beauty used the sign to advertise its Winter opening without consent from the Local Planning Authority between November 4 and 5.
Wycombe Magistrates Court ruled it had breached regulations but the case has been adjourned until March 11 for sentencing because details of the company accounts were required.
The maximum penalty is £2,500 and court costs in the region of £1,000.
