RESIDENTS living near the proposed site of a new housing development have shown their opposition to the plans.
Developers want to build 83 new homes, a church building and new access roads to the former Raans Road School field in Amersham.
Planning officials at Chiltern District Council, who will make the final decision tonight, have indicated they are likely to grant planning permission.
But signs have appeared at the site showing opposition to the plans.
They urge residents to attend this evening's planning meeting to make their feelings known to councillors.
A similar application to build on the site was made last year.
They were turned down but are the subject of an upcoming Public Inquiry.
