Councillors say we pressmen always knock things and have no ideas of our own, so here are my recommendations for the A40 London Road, in the event I am ever elected to power: ul class="unlist">
- 1. Scrap the bus lane immediately – it’s just not needed;
- 2. Turn off the majority of traffic lights after rush hour to let vehicles flow freely;
- 3. Install a new set of time lights at Chestnut Avenue.
